Which data is included in the basic service?

  • Deutsche Börse Indices (delayed)
  • Xetra and Frankfurt Stocks (delayed)
  • Eurex Futures (delayed)
  • Currencies from FXdirekt (realtime)
  • News from BoerseGo, Hugin and euro adhoc (in German)
Data history lengths are:
  • Daily: unlimited (as much as is available)
  • Intraday: up to 5 Years (if available)
  • Tickdata: up to 12 Days (if available)

What is included in the various data packs?

On the order page you will find an info-link that when clicked on will pop up an information page on that data pack and the exchange to which it belongs.

How long are the data histories?

  • Daily: daily data usually goes back up to 10 years, but there is no limit on how much data is collected.
  • Intraday: this data usually goes back up to 3.5 years although this will increase to 5 years as time progresses and more data is collected.
  • Tickdata: 12 days of data are available.
In all cases there is an absolute limit of 500,000 data points.

Which brokerages are supported?

Currently we offer support for Interactive Brokers as part of the basic service.

Can I use Tradesignal Online Terminal off-line?

No, an Internet connection is necessary to use the software. Please refer to the minimum system requirements of Tradesignal Online Terminal.

Are delayed world indices part of the basic service?

No, only delayed Deutsche Börse indices are included in the basic service. Other delayed or real-time indices are available as add-on packs.

Which exchanges are supported by Tradesignal Online Terminal?

Is Level II data available?

Yes. See the order page for available packages.

Can I connect other software or trading applications to the data feed that Tradesignal Online Terminal uses?

No, the data feed can only be used with Tradesignal Online Terminal.
